What Is Our Resource Tuesdays Program?

Since its founding over a decade ago, the Refraction Innovation Hub has always been more than just a workspace for tech startup founders—we are a landing spot for connection, innovation, and community.

And in times of uncertainty, our role as a gathering place and support hub becomes even more essential.

With recent workforce shifts, particularly for those in government and contracting roles, Refraction and its partners saw an opportunity to step up and create a space for people navigating career transitions.

Whether you are looking for career guidance, job search help, or a community that understands your journey, Resource Tuesdays can provide you with a welcoming space to connect and a full range of FREE resources to help you move forward with confidence.
